Vale Healthcare Center

We have been trying for weeks to get someone who is ready to leave discharged. It's impossible to reach their social workers as this is the only way to get them out. It's been over 2 weeks of trying to reach the one social worker. She is not always there, or in meetings, or some other excuse. Makes me wonder if the inaccessibility is just to keep the place billing insurance...

Super rude supervisors don't wanna do nothing, don't be helpin no one, don't even wanna move. Lazy social workers don't wanna do they job. Always playing blame games with each other.

If you love your people don’t send them here!!!!!!! These horrible people almost killed my mom! She was there 9 months went in for physical therapy, & left with a broken hip!? Hate this place! Nothing professional! They need to be closed down! Smoking drinking outside the facility, cnas come to work to have fun & not their jobs! Just overall terrible, everything about it!!

I was there from June 2015 to August 2016 and everyone I came in contact with was professional. Always got my medication on time the staff that I encountered was great and includes Cna's, charge nurse's, social worker's, activities director and activities assistants & wound care nurses. The only thing I didn't like was some of the food but I can't compare their cooking to my mothers it's not fair. So in other words do what I did and ask your love ones to bring some food but all meals are not bad. I highly recommend this facility.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!! My father has been here since October 2023 and his health has declined tremendously. Vale DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. The CNA'S AND NURSES are terrible and the Social Workers, especially C.C. don't do their jobs. They don't return your calls, emails, don't have resources, nothing. The are no help AT ALL. If you care about yourself or a family member PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
