⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I’m very disappointed with the service at this Walgreens Pharmacy. My mother had a prescription from her doctor to help with chemo side effects—something urgent and important for her comfort and care. I called the pharmacy on Friday (08/01/2025) and was told the prescription would be ready by Saturday. I called again Saturday around 1 PM to double-check, and they said it would be ready in one hour. I showed up Sunday morning (08/03/2025), only to find out that the pharmacy didn’t even open on time—it opened at 10:10 AM instead of 10:00 AM. Then, when I asked about the prescription, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes after that. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for patients who are already go

I rarely write reviews so believe me, avoid this place. I came in on a Wednesday (6:30pm) to pick up a prescription and there was only 1 pharmacist attending everyone. There were about 10 people in front of me and the line moved sooo slow. Took me more than 30mins to get out of there. Maybe it’s not as busy at other times but I will not be back to test that theory.

This place is good but some of their imployers act in a bad way my issue today with the person on the cashier was that she was asking me for an ID just for an flu and cold tablets of 325 mg while was not even looked and when I told her that I didn’t have my ID with me she told me that she can’t sell me that because I was a minor while I’m not and I told her I only have the id from my country with me she start checking it out and she told not I can’t sell it I need an California is I told her I have the DMV sheet that my license it was gonna be send soon and she still says not and when I went to the other Walgreens the sell me the same tablets and didn’t ask for an ID first time this happened to me, I understand if it would be an medicine that it was looked or high in mg but on the way she

Horribly rude pharmacist. Rude on the phone and in person. Assumes no responsibility in communicating with patients regarding prescriptions, refills etc. I tried to refill my prescription for which I was told I would receive a text when ready, and nothing for 2 weeks. When I finally called back she rudely told me nothing was filled, because my prescription had expired. This is something she could have told me, texted me etc. instead she chose to have me waiting and then insist that it was my fault even though I had no idea my prescription was expired. No customer service at all. Why be in healthcare if you don’t even care about your patients?? She needs to be reported to Walgreens head quarters! Do not go there, you’ll never get your meds.

Doctors need to stop sending medication to be filled here, pharmacy not open the hours they post
