Val Verde Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Val Verde Nursing and Rehabilitation is very good at guiding people through the admission process. They explain the financial guidelines which is helpful to understand how to afford 24 hour Nursing care on a budget. Working with the BOM, Social Services, and Admission Director all assist you through this process. I have developed good relationships amongst the staff: Amelia, Anette, Sylvia, Cindy, Kim, Misty, and Javier. I enjoy walking through out the building and stopping to talk to staff and other residents. I enjoy being here. I will back to visit and would return for services.

I came for Rehab at Val Verde Nursing facility and would like to share my experience. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was the cleanliness throughout the facility. Staff was very helpful, patient, accommodating, and friendly. I feel the Physical Therapy I received here got me stronger 💪 so that I could return home and remain safe. I would recommend for anyone that needs Rehab to come here.

The staff at ValVerde Nursing Home and Rehabilitation treated my mother in law with kindness and respect while she was there last year. We lived far away during this transition and were able to speak with her on the phone anytime we phoned her. She received the best care and we are so grateful to Sylvia and Annette. As soon as you enter you are greeted by a very kind lady who makes sure you feel welcomed. And it does not stop there. The food staff and nurses are smiling too. Thank you and we will always remember your kindness.

My mother and I wanted to thank the physical therapy staff at the Val Verde Nursing and Rehab facility for their care of my mother during her stay. Both Alfonso and Amanda deserve an A+ for their program. We were very pleased. Alfonso took the time to explain each exercise beforehand, then visibly show her before she began her therapy. His teaching method helped my mother progress quickly and helped her retain the instructions. It enabled her to continue execution of the exercises on her own. He was always positive and he provided the encouragement she needed. We felt that he treated her with the same amount of respect and care that he would provide to his own mother or grandmother. Thank you, 5 stars well deserved!!!

The parking space here at the facility can can be a challenge but is a very small sacrifice to make for my overall experience at Val Verde Nursing and Rehab. I am pleased with my progress that I've made. The Therapists are knowledgable and patient. I trust they will always provide me with good service. The Nursing staff was kind, especially my CNA Belinda Portillo. She is a Hard worker and gave me excellent care. I would recommend this facility.
