Edited review: I am very very discouraged. I ordered contacts on April 1, 2025. After several calls in April and May, I was assured the contacts were ordered but delayed. The clinic did provide me with a trial pair to hold me over, but the wait was long with little explanation. I called last week on 7/15 to check in yet again and was shocked to find out there was NO contact order on my file. How was this missed, I do not know, given my check-ins and staff’s assurance that there was just a delay. I was told today 7/21 that Amaro is between vendors and cannot place contact orders. I was pleased with my exam in March, but this apparent disorganization and lack of provider-to-patient communication makes me very skeptical about returning. Now I need to go figure out how to order contacts online

Very rude staff. I ordered my glasses over a month ago, and they still haven't delivered. I called for follow-up, and the receptionist sarcastically replied that she would cancel my order instead of resolving the issue. I don't recommend going there because of the rude staff.

It was the first time here and it was an awesome experience. Best eye exam ever. Staff were friendly and helpful and the Dr was very good with my 2 boys (7-9) and myself. He took time and listened to my concerns.

READ PREVIOUS POST Ignore any errors in my reviews I work nights and sleep in the daytime. I called UHC Tuesday they have my eye and dental insurance plan 100% out of pocket and they told me that my insurance was used there for my lenses. When I told them about what happened, they stated it's insurance fraud and theft. FIX THIS SITUATION AND I'LL TAKE DOWN ALL REVIEWS.
