The experience at Amistad Audiology was fantastic! Dr. Cepeda and her husband were very friendly, helpful and made the process quite enjoyable. Highly recommend if you need you're ears cleaned or custom hearing protection!
I came here for a secondary opinion due to a job requirement. Fantastic service and staff, it is run by a couple. They were very professional, kind, and patient. I came in worried about my hearing and cleared up all doubt and worries I had. They took the time to explain everything in great detail and went over my chart/results with me in great detail. They answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to do their due diligence on my jobs scoring and requirements to ease my mind. I absolutely recommend them if you need a secondary or primary opinion.
I am so grateful to Dr. Nuvia Cepeda and Rolando for their help in getting me customized ear plugs that I have been using to help me sleep since July. I’ve definitely been sleeping better. They are knowledgeable and a friendly staff. My appointment went beyond hearing needs and they helped me. I would recommend everyone to stop by and take care of their ears with them. Thank you! I don’t think words can describe the feeling I have right now. From beginning to end Dr Nuvia Cepeda and Rolando Cepeda helped me. Dr Cepeda helped explain my hearing results with such kindness and in a way I could understand. Mr. Cepeda was professional when making my ear molds for my hearing aids. Both helped me get my hearing back. They explained to me how my particular hearing aids work and helped me download the necessary app to work with my hearing aids. You can barely tell I have them on. I recommend Amistad Audiology to everyone. They are very professional and caring to each patient.
