I have been using them for 6 months now. For some reason my Doctor is not able to convince them what drugs and how much I need. Only thier computer knows what I *really* need and they keep refusing to fill my scripts no matter how often my doctor tells them too! I told the lady on the phone after the latest fiasco that computers are here to help us NOT rule us so please do what my Doctor ordered. "We can't" Unbelievable. When I was young, of all the things I imagined the future would bring I did not anticipate the massive incompentence that seems to pervade every aspect of our society anymore. I never had a problem getting a simple reoccuring presciption filled when I was young but now every month brings a fresh new battle with the know-it-alls at HEB. HEB knows what is best! Who need
Great pharmacy. I was traveling and left my meds at home. The pharmacist gave me enough to cover me at no charge. Thank you!
They are cheaper than other pharmacies so you might end up paying less for meds, they have lot of ppl on staff so they help you promptly, you can even fet text to request fefills on your meds in case you are forgetful about those things.
We've previously had a good experience here at the pharmacy. But today, the service was completely unacceptable. We have a family member who is ill and needs a routine medication to recover. This morning at 9 AM, we were told it would take an hour and a half to get it ready. That's fine and we waited. When we called back, we were told that part of the prescription was ready, but it would be another hour and a half for the other part. We stopped by the store after the second time, and...again...were told it would be an hour and a half. We never got a call and now the store is closed.
Even with being extremely busy,Erica L. was nice enought to help me by also getting a medication for me that was not covered by my insurance but was cheaper over the counter. Went out of her way so I would not have to get down and wait in another long line .. very friendly.! Now that is customer service!!!!
