Care through my Primary Care has been solid. Very responsive, and very helpful. The app is great. Good experiences with Audiology and Imaging as well. HOWEVER, the Seattle VA's Community Care team is possibly the worst entity I've ever interacted with in healthcare. They literally do not answer messages in the app, and I have never successfully gotten through to them on the phone. When desperately trying to get them to process a referral last year, I called four times in a row over four days and I held for exactly 1 hour and 44 minutes before either the system hung up on me or they would answer and hear nothing on my end (clearly some kind of system error.. couldn't possibly be a coincidence four times in a row with same duration) Then when prompted by an outside source such as a Provide

My orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Chansky and his staff were excellent at every stage of my knee arthroplasty. I'm grateful for the outstanding nursing staff, physical therapy staff and occupational therapy staff for their professionalism and friendly demeanor during my stay. The kitchen served fantastic 5 star restaurant food I enjoyed. The free parking garage always had room for vehicles and overall, I would recommend this V.A. hospital to any veteran that requires care.

I’ve been seen here since 2021 and have always had the highest quality service by excellent medical professionals. The facility is sizeable and a bit of a maze but the staff are helpful in navigating you around. Parking is sufficient. Really no complaints, thank you for servicing us vets.

Took my veteran son here today for an acute emergency. They were so empathetic & kind from the front desk to the nurse to the Dr. I’m so impressed & grateful. Thank you for being good humans. We need more of you.

It's incredible how a big hospital in a major city can care less and make more mistakes than a ship's medical department. I was prescribed heart mediation for my back and the lady at the pharmacy was rude and didn't try to help figure out what was wrong as i went to 3 different departments to figure out who could fix the mistake. I feel like I need to see a psychiatrist after a simple primary care visit. Should have been an hour, it took 4 and a half. Get some employees that care about patients, veterans or SOMETHING. I'd prefer to die of my ailment than to be treated there. Oh, and the doctor saw me about 35 minutes late. The desk said that is normal...
