★★★★★ I had an excellent experience at UW Medicine Outpatient Pharmacy at UW Medical Center - Montlake. The entire team was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind throughout the process. The pharmacists took the time to clearly explain my medication and answered all of my questions, which made me feel confident and well cared for. The service was quick and well organized, even though the pharmacy was busy. I really appreciated how attentive and patient the staff were with everyone. It’s clear they truly care about providing high-quality care and making sure patients understand their medications. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I’m very grateful for the helpful staff and the excellent service they provide. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone visiting UW Medical Center

I am a patient of the University of Washington so they have all my prescription information. They're able to pull up all my medications and help me with all the refills I need. Pretty quick refills as you wait..

Some wait. Notification when rx ready for pickup. Better than Bartells whose locations kept closing and transferring my rx to other locations. Bartells also had an additional wait when waiting for pickup.

There's all these windows but only one is ever opened and staffed. :/ Expect to wait 20+ minutes even if you're third in line

The staff here was quick and efficient, while being very helpful and understanding. I was a bit scattered, confused, and stressed out, and the you lady that took my call couldn’t have been mor calming and patient.
