Utah Gastroenterology: Bountiful

Dr. Moore did a fantastic job with the endoscopy. The facility was efficient. But be warned, paying up front (which is policy) for sevices does not include all services, and they will not advocate for you on this under the "no surprises act." Even after we were surprised with another bill for the anesthesiologist, and paid for it, it was sent to collections. I highly advice you to get your "no surprises act" in writing which should include ALL charges for your procedure even for medication. Very disappointed. The billing department forces your phone call into a text thread. But before that you need an app to cha,. They would rather give you another run around than give a shit. I will be using a different clinic network for this reason.

Tara, who took down my chief complaint information, meds, vitals, etc. was both personable and could type information quickly. She was efficient without ever rushing or seeming to be in a hurry. I was very impressed with her warmth and profiency. Heather, the P.A. was knowledgeable, a good listener and was kind. I would recommend them for care.

If you want real help I would go elsewhere. I seen a female Dr. who was super dismissive wouldn’t even look at my issue. I was left to be in pain for weeks. When I called to complain about the care I received. I spoke with Stephanie who said she would help me resolve the issue. Stephanie called with a new prescription for pain….an antidepressant. After several emails Stephanie stopped responding and I am still left in pain to figure this out on my own. The surgeon they referred me to can’t even see me until April. This happened in December. Save yourself the discomfort and dismissive staff. Find a place that actually cares

Utah Gastroenterology in Draper were very helpful taking care of my husbands concerns. Melissa listened to our concerns and was very helpful getting his procedure scheduled very quickly. Thank you for your help.

It’s not like this is a fun experience and that I wanted to have it done, but it was dismissed as the medication that I was taking. I don’t feel like the doctor was very concerned about my well-being. Just because you have a procedure done a few years ago doesn’t mean that something can’t happen in between another procedure. I know it’s not a fun job but they’re the ones that went into this type of work to help people and then they push you out the door. Not really happy with what happened and the diagnosis that was given to me when it was all talk and no action.
