He’s one of the most genuine, high-energy, positive people you’ll ever meet. Super honest, incredibly personable, and the kind of guy who makes you feel comfortable within minutes. He brings real personality into everything he does, and you can tell he truly cares about people. If he runs his orthodontic practice the way he lives his life, you’re in great hands. I had partial braces in 9th grade and since then, I have had a very long history of ongoing TMJ problems and have seen probably 6-10 different orthodontists for either consultations or TMJ support. Of those, Dr Martineau is the 4th TMJ specialist I’ve gone to but is the FIRST that has been a whole approach. My goal has been to try corrective therapies before orthognathic jaw surgery or correction (if possible) and he is the first I’ve found here that is able to integrate the TMJ needs with the specialized splints, jaw “realignment” technique , TM joint alternative therapies, etc… WITH orthodontia “traditional” braces to allow for proper bite and jaw alignment BEFORE moving teeth. My husband and I recently visited Viva Orthodontics to ask about having our permanent bottom retainers removed, and it turned into such a positive experience. Dr. Martineau was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel confident in their decisions. The team was welcoming, and the office has a clean, modern feel. We also appreciated learning that they offer in-house Invisalign, which helps keep pricing more competitive for such a popular service. That’s definitely something we may look into in the future. Overall, we left feeling well taken care of and very impressed. Highly recommend Viva Orthodontics!
