Beautiful new facility!!! What a great experience! All the staff were kind and efficient, the team work made it speedy, all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The Femtolaser and proceedure was very quick, Dr Poll talked me thru it!! Also, I loved not having to get undressed for this proceedure, less stress when you are already anxious. I was made to feel safe and comfortable,. I’m not fearful to have second cataract completed. Kudos to Debbie and all the staff!!!❤️….see you soon!

Staff was all very good from the preop phone call with McKenna all the way through to the discharge. Excellent communication. Amy, the scheduling person, called me the day after my appointment with a surgery day. I had several questions I had forgotten to ask at my appointment so I sent her an email which she forwarded to the doctor. She got back to me with all the answers to my questions. Dr Alldredge is excellent He is never in a rush. Always taking time to answer all questions no matter how trivial. The facility is clean and organized. My procedure (vitectomy) was the last one of the day and he was running late which as a retired RN is just one of those things. I was well taken care of and would recommend Oculous, the staff and most certainly Dr Alldredge.

The center is professional, skilled, and a great staff and doctors. My cataract surgery by Dr. Bullard was wonderful with an outcome of 20/25 vision in my first eye. Next week is eye number 2 and I cant wait!

My entire procedure went incredibly smoothly. The staff were kind and supportive. Dr Alldredge was reassuring and made sure my surgery was a priority (detached retina repair, which is urgent). I highly recommend the new surgical center.

Giving 2 stars for the fact they were all nice. But let me tell you I'm not happy with this place at all. My husband had surgery last week and was told to be there at 2pm and he had to be fasting. We were told the whole process would be about 1.5hrs. We get there at 2 and get called back pretty quick. Go over postop instructions and put the iv in. Then was told the girl would be back in 15 to come get him to start surgery. We literally sat there until about 3:30 like an hour later and in-between that time asked a couple girls how much longer and was told they will check and never came back. Then after that the surgery supervisor came and said they messed up the schedule and didn't leave room for my husband and it will be another hour. I would have walked out if we both didn't already take
