If you need more than an ingrown toenail fixed and it heals in 4-6 weeks. Dr. Richard Seegmiller doesn't know what to do! I spent 5 months all he did was clean it out, put ointment on it with a band aid repeatedly! His staff will insist he will get to the bottom of it. After you spend hundreds of dollars then he will say he doesn't know. He even wrote me an antibiotic cream use once a day with refills to last years. That's dangerous as people can become immune to antibiotics. He left me in it without a solution.
