Customer Reviews
I’m shocked by the one star reviews talking about bad customer service. Perhaps the rude staff members have been replaced. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about three years now and they are wonderful! Even though I have several pharmacies near my house, I enjoy coming to this one because my meds are cheaper typically, but also because the staff is very pleasant! I’ve never had a bad experience!
Students - don't waste your time! Acute care clinic is a joke. Provider I saw did not take any of my concerns seriously and said she didn't believe in antibiotics. Then tested my lung capacity with spirometry and when it read at a low level that she said "should send me to an ER", she prescribed me an inhaler and sent me on my way. I could also hear her bad mouthing me to a nurse outside the room after my exam. Pharmacy was super nice though! Just wish the doctors/NP's actually cared about the students enough to treat them appropriately instead of just rushing through appointments. Would recommend everyone go elsewhere if they want to actually receive proper treatment and guidance.
The front desk for the laboratory has the nicest most considerate workers. While checking in I had a small accident and they helped me resolve it. I felt so well cared for. Overall if you’re a woman and have gynecological issues I definitely recommend the women’s health clinic. Everyone is so caring.
This place took x rays and sent me out with no boot or crutches after clearly breaking my ankle (image attached). It wasn’t until I fell down in excruciating pain on the way to discharge I was offered either. Was never told to see a specialist or to request physical therapy. 5 years of confused chronic pain later from this “simple ankle sprain” I’m having this surgery corrected with a far lower chance of full recovery than if it’d been done initially. Deserving of a capital BOO at minimum. From my experience, and mine only, I would be afraid to send my child to a school that’s on campus medical care can’t diagnose an obvious fracture.
Donna Voica in psychiatric care is one of the best doctors I have ever been seen by. She takes time to listen closely and genuinely cares about her patients. Thanks to her I have gone into remission with OCD and have been able to get my life back and flourish on campus. Although she is leaving, which I am very sad about, I am grateful for the time she spent helping me overcome my challenges!
