I wanted to take this time to mention my experience with the dental school. I think the Students, as well as the dental staff deserves more than 5 stars! I was so amazed at the many work stations there, along with the hard working students! Everything is well organized, students very friendly and professional! I thought to myself why am I still going to my regular dentist when I can come here! I am very impressed with my dentist student Adina. She not only gose out of her way, she is very quick and very detailed with her work. She is truly dedicated to her craft. Also I was impressed how the other students help each other with their patients! But what sold me over the top is their honesty! I was told that I did not need a root canal! Adina and her Dentist supervisor save me unnessasar

got my 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed by dr. grimes. whole process was easy and they charged well below a regular dentist office (under 1k for two teeth). everyone i met with was nice! 2 weeks out and no complications with my surgery. would recommend.

Last month my mother was a patient there and will NOT be returning. We went to a normal dentist and got quoted $8000 for the treatment. In the school the student quoted my mom around $5,000, she needs a few new crowns and fillings. Everything was going well until the second deep clean appointment. Student had previously done a great deep cleaning on one side but at the second appointment my mother says that although the student took over an hour for just one side, her doctor came by to do the final check up and was not happy. She started belittling the student for their work and aggressively pulling on my mother, saying everything had to be re-done at another appointment. The doctors behavior left a very bad impression. The student tried to reschedule my mom but now she's afraid the studen

if I could give it -100 stars, that’s what it would get. When I made my appointment, I expressed that I was having pain from broken teeth so I was made an appointment for two days later. I was not told what floor to go to or how to check in. Just told show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I show up 45 minutes early go up to the student clinic and waited in line until after 1 o’clock when my appointment was at one. When I finally get to the front desk to check in because their tablets were not allowing people to check in online. I’m told oh you’re on the wrong floor you need to go down to the third floor. I go down to the third floor and the $50 that I paid was apparently for a single x-ray and to be told that it’s another $80 for 18 more x-rays at a later appointment to make a tr

I chose UT School of Dentistry because of my financial budget; I was a candidate for the Advance General Dentistry Clinic and AEGD Residents. I was lucky to have exceptional outstanding Dentist, Dr. Manuel he recently graduated and I am now Dr. George, another outstanding dedicated Dentist. It's coming up to a year, and I wouldn't want it any other way. Hopefully the end result will be worth the wait. Other Dentist to mention is Faculty Director Dr. Sabbah, Dr. Philips and the rest of the outstanding team from the receptionist to the dental assistants.
