UT Health Medical Drive

While it can take several weeks for an appointment, I find that I am still able to get the tests and referrals to specialists I need. For more urgent care, they have been able to see me virtually or send a message to my care team to get further guidance.

I've been coming to this location for years. I'm always able to get an appointment. The staff is courteous and professional. The phlebotomists are quick and knowledgeable, never any stress getting labs done. The atmosphere is nice. I've seen some bad reviews of this place but fortunately I haven't witnessed any of that behavior. In the 10 or years I've been coming here. Any doctor I've seen here always listens to me and my concerns. I'd recommend this clinic but based off other reviews you'd just have to see for yourself.

I was excited to find a primary care provider (PCP) so quickly. Now, I know why this location had openings for new patients readily available. The front staff was rude and argumentative. My physician set me up with so many referrals to specialists even though I do not have any chronic issues. To continue my current medication, which is not a daily use medication, she required me to come in every 3 months to ask for a refill. Nope!

My PCP, Dr. Saenz, is amazing. She always listens to my concerns and makes me feel understood. I also have seen Dr. Oseguera at this location, who is also amazing. Both doctors go above and beyond for their patients.

My son needed cranio surgery and I was TERRIFIED. UT health called me immediately after they received the referral. Probably about an hour after the pediatrician sent it. They got us in within a week, and scheduled the surgery for the week after that calling me through every step and giving me every detail of information. Not me calling and having to ask. The surgery went great and the surgeon was amazing and I wish I had gotten her name. The nurses took such great care of my baby and were very very gentle with him. They also got his helmet in within a week after surgery. I wish I would’ve had the chance to thank each and every one of those surgeons and nurses. It’s now a month and a half post-op and the scar is barely visible. It’s just a tiny little line right behind his hairline. The st
