FIRST OFF THANK U TO DR A. NEWMAN OB/GYN , WHO IS ONE OF THE MOST EXCELLENT DOCTORS I HAVE EVER MET, THAT BY MEETING HIM THROUGH THE FAMILY CIRCLE OF CARE, AND COMING TO HIS MAIN OFFICE OF PRACTICE AT UT JACKSONVILLE. IF I COULD LIVE IN THIS HOSPITAL I WOULD. EVERY SINGLE THING HAS BEEN SO SPECTACULAR, I MEAN EVERY DEPARTMENT. THE STAFF IS SO NICE , SMART, and ATTENTIVE. I haven't had to even look at the menu for my meals. I ate whatever they brought me and every meal has been delicious, and if I wanted extra they brought it right away, no questions asked. I have interacted with every department from the CFO all the WAY TO HOUSEKEEPING AND have not had 1 single complaint or issue. EVEN if I was asked what could this hospital improve on, I would say if they changed anything it would do the

UT Health Hospital in Jacksonville, TX provides excellent care and service. The staff are professional, compassionate, and attentive, making patients feel comfortable and supported. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, which helps make visits smooth and stress-free. I appreciated how thorough the medical team was in explaining treatments and answering questions. Overall, a high-quality healthcare experience — I highly recommend UT Health Hospital for anyone in need of medical care. 🏥💙

It was the best ER experience we've ever had! Between 5 kids and the 2 of us, we've had our share of emergencies throughout the years, and by FAR, this was the easiest, cleanest, and most pleasant hospital we've visited! Nurses and staff were outstanding! Thank you guys for everything. Way to go UT Health!!!

Emergency room is full of Unprofessional nurses and front desk staff. Will not be coming back here again. As a Hispanic veteran the racism me and my wife experience is so disappointing coming from the employees here.

I had a bone scan scheduled for today. I live THREE HOURS away. I got there, and was told by a very sweet lady, my appointment had been CANCELED two days ago! She said they "tried" to call me, but I do NOT have any missed calls. I checked MyChart, and my appointment is still scheduled there. I checked my emails to see if maybe they emailed to tell me my appointment was canceled.....and again, was not there! So, obviously, NOBODY reached out to me to tell me my appointment had been canceled. Not only that, but I called yesterday and spoke to a lady in the imagining center, and she did not inform me my appointment was canceled either. Actually, she was kind of rude. So, then I had to drive THREE HOURS BACK HOME....for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL! I am scheduled to see my doctor in Dallas Monda
