Frazier Vision

The front desk is very welcoming and professional. At my daughters initial appointment last year, Dr. Goolsbee was very thorough, kind, and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. Recently went in for her yearly eye exam and he was just as great as the first time. Dr. Goolsbee answered every question I had and both the front desk and himself made it easy for us to order her new glasses. They genuinely care about their patients and I highly recommend the Jacksonville office.

As I told Dr. Goolsbee, I always have such great fun at the optometrist. It's like a full doctor's appointment of playing fun games. Everyone in the office is super nice and attentive and makes you feel comfortable once you step in. They work with you to make sure you walk out with the best and most affordable option for your sight and daily life. I enjoyed my visit, lots of laughing, sharing, and good times. Looking forward to picking up my new frames!

First time seeing Dr Goolsbee and I was impressed. Being in the healthcare field for 30 plus years makes me very picky who I let treat me. Dr Goolsbee was very informative and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He explains the why’s and how’s during the entire examination. He’s a keeper in my book. Has a pleasant disposition and that makes all the difference for a patient.

Exceptional service at both the Tyler and Jacksonville locations. The staff at Frazier Vision and Dr. Seth Goolsbee were very hospitable. I visited on a Friday due to an eye emergency. They were able to see me and begin the process of healing my eye that same day. Over the weekend I followed the instructions given to me regarding my medication/eye care. By my follow up appointment on Monday, my eye was better. Dr. Goolsbee and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. This visit was the best experience I have had out of any optometrist I’ve visited in the past! I will be using Frazier Vision for my eye care needs from now on!

Fantastic experience with Dr Goolsby. 3 generations of my family now use this office, he saved my dad's eye! Front desk is very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend.
