My wife is there now. She couldn't be in a better place other then home The staff is carrying. If l rated it l would have to give 5 stars all the way.

My father has been in each nursing facility here in Jacksonville. By far, hands down, I should’ve had him here first. Each department is elite and always great with communication and feedback. The residents are awesome always super cool to hang with.

I wish I could give Erica and her team a 100+ stars. Twin Oaks was the only establishment that took my mom in because of Medicaid issues. Erica was so helpful, kind and understanding as my sister and I were stressed out thinking my mom had no place to go. My mom is very happy at Twin Oaks, loves the food and the staff. Thank you Erica and your Staff for helping us. You guys are incredible!!!!!

I went to visit two weeks ago when they were doing a Super Bowl party, It was amazing to see the smiles on the residents faces. I had a talk with a few of them, most of them were very talkative but very informative. It was the right place to for both of my parents to be after visiting other nursing places in Jacksonville.

I dont know why Twin Oaks was the last place on my list to visit after visiting Legacy and Jacksonville Healthcare, but im glad that I did because I almost gave up. I made notes before I visited each of them. 1. Things to ask 2. Things to look out for. Long story short, without getting to details. This place is it. And I was told the CNA's been there for a long time and I see why.
