UT Health East Texas Urgent Care

Great Place!! I’m from Houston Texas and got sick while visiting my sister and because I go to Urgent Cares in Houston Texas; I thought I would try this place out and I’m so glad I did! The receptionist was so nice and accommodating! There were a few people waiting but they got them in and out quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long! If they had 10 stars I would have given it! I received that Texas hospitality that you hear all the time! Thank you for making my experience the best ever! I just wish I lived closer because this is where I would always go to! Thanks again

I received good care from the Nurse Practitioner and her nurse; however, I was emailed a bill when the office visit wasn’t even processed yet with my insurance!!!

I took my child to the urgent care and had the pleasure of being seen by Victoria Obianwu the provider at the clinic, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care my child received. From the moment we walked in, they were attentive, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my son's concerns, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the visit. Their professionalism combined with a genuinely kind demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. It's clear that she truly care about her patients and go above and beyond to provide quality healthcare. We left feeling confident in my treatment plan and very well cared for. I recently had the pleasure of visiting UT Health East Texas Urgent Care for an urgent health matter for my daughter and I cannot recommend Victoria Obianwu NP enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm, which is a huge plus. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who quickly checked us in. We didn’t have to wait long before Victoria the Nurse practitioner came to see my daughter. She entered the room with a warm smile that instantly put my daughter at ease. It’s not always easy to make a child feel comfortable in a medical setting, but her genuine demeanor made all the difference.
