USC Arcadia Hospital

First time at this hospital and I had a great experience. I was there for an angiogram and everyone from admitting, nursing staff and Dr. Chris were amazing. Pre-op and post op nurses were caring and knowledgeable and fun to be with. The cath lab nurses were friendly, guided me through the process, asked if I was good and made me feel at ease. Dr. Chris has the best bed side manner. He definitely knows what he’s doing and truly cares about his patients. I’d highly recommend this hospital for any cardiac procedures.

Sean took such good care of us, he guided me when everything was happening, and we had no idea what was happening; he gave us advice on what we could do, what was happening, and was very sweet and patient. Best place ever because of sean, had an amazing experience. Would come here again!

I arrived here in the emergency room this afternoon at 6:30 pm for a possible small bowel either obstruction or the hernia is incarcerated again. I filled out the paperwork and I was triaged within 20 minutes and back into a Sub room within 30 minutes and seen my doctor right after . the Dr ordered pain meds vomit meds and has reordered more pain meds and vomiting meds . From the beginning of my visit until now at 1005 pm I've had the most nicest er visit yet. I'm nervous scared hurting very much and vomiting meds. All the nurses and dr have been very nice caring and compassionate to me making the ultrasound IV go very well today. I WANT TO THANK MY DR. REICHERT AND MY NURSE RN THAT HELPED ME OUT OF PAIN AND TO RELAX AND PRAYED WITH ME. I'LL TEXT YOU LATER WHEN I'M IN MY ROOM

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was very nervous going into my microdiscectomy, but every staff member made me feel supported and at ease from start to finish. From check-in to post-op care, everyone was kind, attentive, and reassuring. Dr. Johnson is an excellent surgeon—patient, personable, and never rushed. Dr. Wong completely eased my anxiety about anesthesia and even played my favorite music in the OR, which meant so much. Cynthia, my post-op nurse, provided wonderful care as well. Everything was truly fantastic. If I ever need medical care again, I will absolutely return to USC Medicine.

We finally saved our dad by getting him out of this hospital and transferring him to a nearby 5-star hospital. What our family went through here was absolute hell. I agree with every single 1-star and negative review—this place has earned them. From medication issues to ongoing neglect, the care was traumatic to witness. They repeatedly pushed to discharge our dad while he was clearly not stable. At one point his IV was left unplugged for days, leaving him dangerously dehydrated—but that was only a drop in the bucket compared to everything else we endured. The difference was night and day. In just one day at the new hospital, our dad received better care than he did in weeks here. That single day replaced weeks of fear, suffering, and exhaustion for our entire family.
