After three wonderful years as a patient at InFocus Optometry, I can't say enough about the incredible care Dr. Vivian Shih and Rosie provide. Walking into their office feels like visiting family – they remember you, they care about you, and they make every appointment feel personal and meaningful. Dr. Shih has this amazing gift of making you feel like you're her only patient of the day. She never rushes, always takes time to listen to your concerns, and walks you through every step of your care together. Her thorough approach and genuine warmth make all the difference. And Rosie? I love the fact that parking is very easy and plentiful. I also love how easy it is to schedule my appointments at times that are convenient to me. I also appreciate the fact that the office notifies me when I am due for my yearly examination. Today I was greeted by Amy, who was very sweet and efficient at checking me in for my appointment and taking the preliminary measurements of my eyesight. I like that I was taken on time and didn’t have to wait. I also liked the way she cleaned the machine with Lysol type wipes before I used them. Very clean and welcoming. When I was getting my eyes checked the Doctor was very thorough and took her time to take care of all my needs and answered my questions. They have a huge selection of glasses and even took some out from the back that were not on display to make sure I was able to try on a few more pairs that they think I would like. Great customer service. My husband will be making an appointment in a couple weeks to get his eyes checked and probably purchase a new pair of glasses. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Wang for many years now. We keep coming back because its the best optometrist we both have ever had. Their glasses selections are phenomenal. The office is always clean. The staff is always friendly and outgoing, especially Rosie and Dr Wang is so easy going and easy to talk to. We have never had any issues or problems with any of our glasses or lenses ever. If you’re looking for a great optometrist office, its right here!

After following the covid- protocol, and I was able to enter. They provide a great customer service. They were kindly greeted me, and assure me to be conformable during my visit. They able to get through my exam and help me to choose y frame. The doctor was amazing and really kind. Everyone in the store were amazing and caring people. I definitely recommend coming here for an eye exam and getting your pair of glasses.
