The service and overall experience were excellent. Since it was my first time wearing hearing aids, I initially felt the sound was too loud. The doctor quickly adjusted the volume on the computer, reducing it by two levels to make it more comfortable for me. The hearing aid tubing and receivers were available in different sizes and lengths. When I mentioned that the tubing felt too short, the doctor immediately replaced both sides with longer ones, which fit much better. In addition, when I asked about maintenance, the doctor not only provided me with extra earpieces and Prowax minifit filters but also patiently showed me how to replace them myself. They have helped me both on regular visits and with assistance in instances where I could not get to their office. Taylor Cox is magnificent as is Dr. Arlene Diaz. As a retired physician, I recommend them without hesitation to anyone with hearing issues.

I've been wearing my hearing aids for nearly two years. During this time I've received excellent service. Every six months there is a follow up to clean and check my hearing aids. They also conduct a new hearing assessment to check my audiometry levels for any hearing loss. The app that connects the aids to the smart phone is a must. I always know the status of the aids and I'm able to program four different environment settings, especially when I'm in a restaurant with background noise. This store use to be Hearing Connection and they were great. Now it's Huntington Hearing Solutions and I have only been there once to have my Hearing aids repaired under warranty. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
