Urology of St. Louis

Ok so this is St. Louis Urology also known as Urology of St. Louis. HUGE corporation. My husband had surgery with Dr. Aliperti and 3 days later his catheter started leaking. We couldn't get the Alton office to answer. So we pressed 1 for physicians and hospitals, and the phone was answered on the 2nd ring. The Alton office said that he would have to see Dr. Lovinggood at 215 Dunn Road in Florissant MO at 3 because they were "over-booked" in Alton. So we went to see Dr. Lovinggood. We signed in and the receptionist demanded a copay. When I explained that he was post-op and didn't owe a copay, the receptionist left the reception area for quite awhile. When she returned, she said that my husband wasn't a patient there, and that he would need to make an appointment!!! So the moral to the story
