Total Access Urgent Care - Florissant

Front desk staff, nurses, xray technician, EVERYONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS AMAZING!!!! I have never been to any place where everyone was kind and respectful. The nurses station wasn’t low and everyone seems to be hard at work making sure everyone was been seen. I was number 12 in line. I got here and waited 30-40 mins if that and was seen and stitched and xrayed in a hr. It’s refreshing to know there’s help that really cares and they all must be here Total Care you turned a bad day into something not so terrible and I 🙏 oh and the place was super clean.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Went in for a pre employment physical. A little pricey for self pay, but was about the same price anywhere else. Wait time was minimal. They text you when your appointment time is coming up so you can wait in your car or run errands. All in all I was satisfied with the service.

I presented my insurance card to the receptionist I was told my coverage was inactive. So I thought I had the wrong card. Turned and left but then it occurred to me that I can provide my coverage through my insurance app on my iPhone. I went back in and was given an email address to mail it too. My card information on actual card and the email card from my app were identical. When the receptionist inputted a second time it verified that I did have coverage. Don’t know what she did but it verified my coverage. Had I left before hand my trip would have been turned for nothing. It wasn’t pleasant experience. However once seemed by staff in the back I received great care.

I went in because I needed a CT scan to confirm a patella break. Every single person, and I mean every single one, was so very kind. I walked in on crutches, and they came to me to get my insurance card and such. I must have had about 5 people on my team, and each was was as kind as the next. They even put me in a wheelchair because they didn't want me walking, even on the crutches. They fit me with a proper brace. I can't possibly give enough stars. To the team who was there the evening of November 1st, thank you again!

Went to get a chest xray. Longer wait than usual, but it was explained why (short staffing), and MA apologized for the longer wait times. The staff was courteous, informative, and attended to all of my needs. I appreciate them taking care of me.
