Always professional and courteous. The hygienist was very thorough and conducted an assessment that provided me details on taking care of my teeth and gums that I had not received on any previous visits. I was very grateful but somewhat disappointed that I had not received a detailed assessment and care plan after coming here for eight years. Just glad to know we have a way forward to a healthy mouth. Will continue using Midwest Smiles for my dental care.

Very welcoming environment, very pleasant staff. My cleaning was done professionally and efficiently. Unfortunately, not quite as pleased with a subsequent visit in which my wife was to have a crown that had been ordered, inserted. The problem: After paying over $1,000 for the crown, we learned something had been missed during her original visit and diagnosis, resulting in an additional procedure and additional charge of $147.00 before the crown could be put in. We realize sometimes mistakes happen but it’s never a pleasant experience to get hit with significant additional charges while you’re lying in the dentist chair waiting to have work done you think you’ve already fully paid for. 😞

I have just recently started here as a client. I am very comfortable when I arrive. The ladies at the front greet you with a smile. My hygienist is concerned over my comfort all throughout my procedures. My teeth are cleaned well. Dr. Ausmer checks my teeth, and offers comments about further care I might want or need.
