Boain Dental Care

Great experience! I typically get anxious when visiting the dentist. I was initially seen for an emergency appointment last Tuesday, and Dr. Boain was very thorough when examining my teeth along with explaining everything very well & descriptive. I was able to get seen within a week by Dr. B to get my dental work completed, and I am beyond impressed. Both her and Makayla’s beside manner was amazing, and I felt comfortable the entire appointment! Everything was thoroughly explained to where I knew what was going on! Definitely will be back!

I didn't care much for the X-ray experience, but it's that way for me at most dentists. However, the cleaning was exceptional and very thorough. Great job Boain! I was impressed enough to take the time to write this review, which I rarely do. My teeth feel cleaner than ever!

I have had a great experience at Boain Dental Care. I had recently struggled with finding a new dentist and, I have found my new home for dental care. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is always a welcoming environment and both Dr. Boain and Dr. Jen Boain are wonderful. They are also great about giving you estimates before your planned services. I would highly recommend Boain Dental Care for the great dental work, but also the great staff.

I wasn’t connected to confirm my appointment then when I called the next day she made it seem like it was my fault I missed while replying that they always confirm but no one reached out to me except a text I didn’t see until 8pm which she said was an automated system. Then I was told there would not have any open appointments until the new year due to Christmas break after I explained my dental issues which are serious. I love the treatment from the dentist at my previous appointment and expected the same experience and feel as customers we should all get the service that is promised.

Fantastic experience all around! Compassionate, encouraging and understanding. Even with a minor accident/hiccup during a cleaning, Boain went above and beyond in rectifying the situation. So happy to have found a wonderful dentist after moving to the area!
