I have had the worst experience ever at this place. Ended up sepsis and in hospital because they ignored my symptoms and my questions about my symptoms while waiting days for a culture to come back. Then put me on a medication I had never taken and had a reaction to it which led to finding out I was septic. Notated in my mychart wrong information that is COMPLETELY NOT accurate and a nurse that answers messages with "I'll pass along to josh" and NEVER receive a response. I have gone to a different dr. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST.

I went with both of my parents today and sat in on their appointments with different doctors. Both doctors were incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly.:) I’m not always a fan of doctors, as many can be rushed or unwilling to answer questions, but these two were A+ all the way! I always check reviews, and unfortunately, people often only take the time to leave negative feedback. So, I wanted to share our positive experience today—from the assistants to the doctors to the check-out staff. Everyone was wonderful! 😊

Receptionist are dull and lifeless. My husband’s procedure was at 11 and he was called back at 11:55. Every person in the waiting room was called back before my husband. Some that came in were immediately called back. One lady in the waiting room said she was told to wait for her results and had been waiting 2 hours. When she asked the receptionist if she could just call her with the results after waiting for so long they told her she could have left after her appointment and didn’t need to stay and wait . Lacks compassion and care for patients. The receptionist will be the reason we never return. Better off driving to Greenville

Dr. Parramore performed a "urolift" on me 2 years ago. After 2 months it was evident It didn't work. When asked why, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I either tied the stitches too tight or too loose". That was it. After nearly $12,000 spent, I still had no relief. They are uncaring and without a thoughtful approach. When asked about possible alternative solutions, none were offered. Sad!
