My husband Brian and I Bloodworth are so happy with the service we cannot express the care the excellent customer service the doctors they take good care of Our Duke. we highly recommend Emerald hospital excellent top-of-the-line they go above and beyond to make sure your pet is well taken care of they keep you abreast of everything. They explain everything in detail and you will leave feeling like 1 million bucks. Duke had a bath and clipped and up-to-date shots and he was feeling fabulous so yes if you’re looking for a great place to take your dog Emerald is truly the place to be looking forward to bringing Duke back in a month for another bath. The people are fantastic we couldn’t ask for a better group to take care of Duke

Emerald City has taken care of my pets for 16 years. The staff is amazing. My new puppy had to have shots during this visit and she was so happy lapping up whip cream while she got the shot. She didn’t flinch once. I can always tell that the staff cares about my animals.

My husband and I love this place. Our 4-year-old Great Pyrenees, Bailey, is always happy to see the doctors and the wonderful staff. He barks a big thank you your way.

We love Emerald City Animal Hospital. The staff and Dr. Willis are amazing….personable and engaging, not just with our dog, but also with us. They are so loving to the animals and thorough with their care. I am so thankful we chose them to care for our Merle.

They got my dog in fast as we are from out of town and she had some issues that couldn't wait to be seen. The care was top notch and the prices are very reasonable compared to where i'm from. :) I'll be bringing my second dog in for a visit and establishing them with Emerald City Animal Hospital
