Wingard's Pharmacy

Superb service and a very friendly staff. Also the only pharmacy in Greenwood SC that delivers anything you need from the pharmacy, not just your prescriptions but over-the-counter items as well.

They never filed my insurance and just charged me full price for my prescriptions for the past 6 months. When I asked Greg why I was being charged and not my insurance I was smugly told they want me to get a one week fill and a pre-approval. I should have been told this day 1 , not 6 months and hundreds of dollars later , and then only once I questioned him. His excuse for that was he hadn't seen me before yesterday ! His excuses dont float. He runs the place , he is responsible.

All the Employees and Owner go out of their way to Help the Customer's as much as Possible - Drive Thur or In-Side ...they are AWESOME Folks !! I have been with their Company for Years and will continue to be a HAPPPPPY CUSTOMER!

Great service and such kind people! First time customer and I will definitely keep using them. I rushed in 30 minutes before closing and I had already got in the run around for multiple pharmacies that day about my prescription being out of stock. I got there and also had issues with my insurance card, they were so kind and helpful and made sure that I was able to leave with my medication. Not only that, I received a phone call the next day from Greg. Thanking me for stopping by and just letting me know that they were there if I ever needed anything. I was very impressed! Thank you all!

I WAS (not anymore) blown away by how thoughtful and attentive this pharmacy is. They follow up when they say they will and they really try to do the best they can. Being a customer at Wingard's is one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you, Wingard's team, especially Greg! Not sure what happened, but customer service has fallen way off. Good luck getting a word in and getting help.
