Urgent Care | Vancouver Clinic Battle Ground

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this was extremely frustrating. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes to schedule an urgent care appointment—where I gave all my information—I arrived only to be told they couldn’t see me due to Worker’s Comp, with Kaiser as secondary insurance. I explained Worker’s Comp would cover it, and even offered to sign permission to be billed out-of-pocket if they didn’t, but they still refused care. The front desk staff was also very rude. All because I have Kaiser insurance. A disappointing experience.

Im not usually a Karen If i could give 0 stars i would! My mom broke her arm on a Saturday morning, they said they would send in a referral, in which they did not. So now she's not being seen until Thursday. Very upset will not ever be letting her back here. They also forgot to take her rings off which I had to get cut off due to swelling. Horrible

I am a 74 year old who needed a wound sewn up. The internet allowed me to make an appointment and my husband drove me to the appointment because I can’t drive in the dark. When I got there, the receptionist told me I couldn’t be seen because I had Medicare insurance and no supplements. I said that I did have a supplemental insurance. I was then told I couldn’t receive care. I told them I would pay cash. They said it was a state law that I couldn’t pay cash if I had Medicare! This sounds bogus to me. I think what they really mean is that they can’t charge me anymore than what Medicare would allow . If I had a pet with a wound needing to be sewn up the vet would let me pay cash! I’ve been denied medical treatment by this clinic even though I was willing to pay cash. Don’t go to this clinic.

For the last few weekends I've had to visit this urgent care for a incision rebandaging (surgery related). I have had a wonderful experience with the check in desk and nurses. I never have to wait long and yes maybe my definition is different than others but I never make an appointment and and I check google first to see if they are busy. I feel this urgent care is a very comfortable place to go and since it's the holiday I would like to also say that they have the best decorations in the waiting room.

My wife had a name change and went in with her covid vaccine record with her old name. Her license and insurance and everything has her new name, just the vaccine card has her old name and this place decided to not only not give her the vaccine. They are now refusing to take her insurance until they get the paper work. I got my vaccine without a vaccine card and had zero issues. If the card was such an issue then just ignore it and give her the vaccine. It was the only thing that doesn't have her new name. If she had gone in and not presented the card they would habe given her the shot without incident because everything else is in order. They handled thos incredibly poorly.
