Battle Ground Dental

I had such a great experience here! My hygienist Lacee was so incredibly sweet, she did such an amazing job! And when I had to come back for a filling, the assistant who brought me back was so kind welcoming! Dr. Z did such a wonderful job and has such an uplifting attitude and was so sweet! highly recommend :)

Do not recommend. They are committing insurance fraud and overcharging patients. The dentist (girl) was extremely condescending and rude. Stated that I needed thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work. She also said that I would need to be referred out to another dentist way up on mill plain. I got a second option from another dentist and they showed me that the work I need done was no where near as extreme as Battle Ground Dental was stating. Also watch your bills, I very specifically asked about my dental coverage before booking an appointment. I was told they were an in network provider and took my insurance, great. I also paid $200 out of pocket while I was there. Today 10/7 I received an additional bill for $125. No explanation or itemized list, just pay this amount. When I ca

Do not bring your children here. Out of desperation of not being able to get an immediate appt with our primary dental office, I scouted with battle ground dental because they were able to get my ten year old daughter in at 8am the following morning. They were very sweet and approachable over the phone. Fast forward to that morning, my daughter is in a lot of pain and they quickly identify that her tooth/gums are infected from a cavity. They were adamant that the tooth be extracted then. The assistant said we got 10 mins till the next patient so we have a short time to get this out. It felt aggressive and almost rushed. My mom told me that she was charged 300 dollars for a cleaning for my sister while BG smiles across the street only charges 90. She used cash and they said it will be about 270 dollars instead but couldn't do cash back but it could be used to lower her next visit. My mom said she doesn't when she is coming back, so they ended up giving her the change in 1s and then laughing at her n mocking her after the fact, which is unprofessional and pathetic. By saying that she does not know when she is coming back, she meant that she won't be returning to this dental office ever again and will be visiting BG smiles instead which is what I recommend if your child reaches a certain age or even use Sea Mar, they will treat you better.
