Our first experience at Columbia Orthodontics, Battleground location, was great. We were greeted warmly, and after filling out the patient forms the wait time for our appointment time was short. The patient waiting room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our dental intake coordinator was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and at ease. Dr. Croft was kind and friendly; he put my child at ease right away. Over all, I would highly recommend Columbia Orthodontics.

Took my oldest son to Dr. Croft and staff. He monitored my younger son and started working with him early on using expanders on his upper and lower teeth. Then they added braces to the top and bottom as teeth came in and were ready. After 2.5 years, braces are already off at age 14 and both boys who had braces have beautiful, functional teeth. Columbia ortho was great at helping with minor mishaps, bracket and wire issues throughout the process. The doctor and staff and knowledgeable and very personable. We're so thankful for their expertise!

As an adult who decided to get braces, I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Croft and his team. When I came in for my consult, I was given options and a clear explanation of what the quickest option would be (traditional braces v. aligners v. a combination of the two. Payment options are very straightforward and I appreciate that the total cost is for the full treatment, whether or not it takes less time or longer than expected. All of his team are knowledgeable and kind. They work collaboratively and can call on each other when they need assistance.

Dr Croft and his care team are absolutely amazing! They take the time to show and explain to my son how to properly take care of his braces and answer every question thoroughly.

The most amazing orthodontist group I have ever experienced. This orthodontist and his staff deserves 10 stars. The work that they do is phenomenal. I am so very thankful that we chose this orthodontist because we have been in great hands. I would not ever hesitate to come back if I ever needed to.
