Urgent Care Down East

All Of the people who work in this clinic are very kind and caring. I've had only good experiences sometimes they go above and beyond as well to check on you and make sure that you're all right a week after you've been there nobody does that anymore but they do you feel genuinely cared about to have them there when we were sick or just need to be in and out of the doctor. it's just an amazing. I've never had to wait long. I highly recommend this clinic.

Went in Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Very professional and kind staff. I didn’t have to wait long and was out quick. Gladly give them 5 stars. Very thorough and listened to my concerns. Highly recommended and whenever I feel I need to be seen I will definitely choose UCDE again.

I went after lunch. Lady at the front was very quick and professional. Didn't have a long wait and was called back. The young lady that took me back was great. She took her time knowing I didn't feel good. Tested me for everything and then I waited for the test results. Doc came in explained what was going on and her concerns and went over treatment plan.

Went in front desk was super nice, went back pretty quickly. Nurses and doctor was super nice as well. I really felt that they were really listening to my needs and worries. Never really experienced that before other places. Wish they were a primary doctor to be honest. I was in there total of hour and half. I definitely recommend going for urgent needs. Wish I could give more the 5 stars. Also wanna mention this was my 1st time going in.

I had a great experience getting my sutures removed here - I forgot the doctor's name, but he was so kind and understanding when I told him I had a massive phobia of needles and stitches. He really did make it a lot easier for me.
