Urgent Care - Dignity Health - Highland

Review by Tiffany Collins Would give 0 stars if I could. I normally do not post reviews, but after consistently negative experiences at this urgent care in Highland, I felt it was necessary. Every time I have visited, I have been met with rude, unprofessional, and disorganized staff. The team shows little compassion, and their lack of awareness and professionalism is extremely disappointing especially in a medical environment where families come seeking help and clarity. My most recent visit involved my foster child. Because her updated paperwork was not yet reflected in their system, I was instructed to return with the proper documents which I did, only a few days later. I came in with a ankle injury from a dirt bike crash and I was told it wasn’t broken but obviously is was a bad sprain from me being hardly able to walk, bruising, and swelling. I didn’t get no care at all. Just was told it wasn’t broken and a prescription of ibuprofen and sent on my way. I asked for a doctors note given I work a physical demanding job in the construction industry. They ask for what 1 day. I’m struggling to walk and all they could do is 1 day and not even wrap the ankle or nothing.

Went in yesterday because my son has both his eyes red, swollen and itchy with discharge and they didn’t explain to me the cause. Just prescribed him eye drops.

The doctors here make it seem like you come here for drugs and he was giving. Me a hard time trying explain why I was sick. I’ve been going here for 8 years this is my last time

Went in a couple weeks ago due to throat pain, I assumed it was strep, they agreed and prescribed me antibiotics. I took them and went back about 2 weeks later which is today 07/13/24 because the throat pain got worse. Couldn't eat, couldn't talk, and my tonsils were swollen.
