I wanted to share here what a wonderful experience I had at this dental office. I had a cracked tooth that I needed to treat emergent. I’ve passed by Greenspot Crossings Dentistry multiple times and gave them a call. The manager of the facility, Lisandra, picked up the phone and got me in same day to be seen. When I walked in, I was amazed at how nice the facility was. They have complimentary coffee, a clean and welcoming environment, and lots of friendly faces greeting you, including the dentist I saw Dr. Chioma. While I waited to be seen, the manager was able to look at all my benefits and helped me work out the best options for me. This dentist may not advertise herself as working with disabled children, but she absolutely does—and she does it beautifully. From the moment we walked in, she made thoughtful, on-the-spot accommodations at every single step. Nothing felt rushed, forced, or scripted. She paid attention, adjusted as needed, and most importantly, she took the time to earn my boys’ trust—individually and respectfully. Trust doesn’t come easily for my children, and watching her recognize that and meet them exactly where they were was everything. She spoke to them, not over them. She explained things calmly, adapted her approach without hesitation, and treated them with genuine patience and kindness. I’ve not been to the dentist in a couple of years because of insurance issues and found this dentist on Google. Now that I have new insurance through my employer and seeing that this place accepts my Aetna insurance, I scheduled for a routine check up. It it awesome that they offer late appointments on Thursdays so for those of us who work a 9 to 5 and have a hard time carving out times for ourselves to make appointments. They are very kind and informative, and I was in and out very fast. I had Medi-Cal before this insurance, so it was very impressive the technology they have here that they did not have at my childhood dentist. They are on top of scheduling your follow up appointments and they told me they can offer me a payment plan for inlay that I need on two of my teeth. They did not p
