The dental assistants here are immature and unprofessional. They took me off my boyfriend’s emergency contact because I asked “Why are you calling me instead of him.” Which is valid because I hadn’t known they called him 3x. Perceiving me as rude isn’t an excuse to take me off his emergency contact list. “I’m just going to take her off because she’s rude.” Isn’t a valid reason. Please hire more mature and professional DA’s. I recently moved here and needed a new dentist but absolutely will be driving the 30 min to see my previous dental office. The dentist here is actually personable and well knowledgeable. If he had another office locally, with more knowledgeable, professional and mature DA’s I would definitely frequent.

**RUDE OFFICE MANAGER – ****CAUTION*** I visited HIGHLAND FAMILY DENTISTRY on November 24th, eager to obtain an estimate for some much-needed dental work. During my appointment, I engaged in a detailed discussion about pricing with what I suspected was the office manager, the individual responsible for billing. I felt optimistic as we scheduled an appointment for December 2025. We focused on starting with fillings, which I hoped would be manageable out of pocket since my insurance would leave some costs uncovered. As we conversed, the possibility of a crown and a root canal came up, both of which are notoriously expensive and didn't align with my budget constraints. They booked me for a same day appointment, the staff was professional and warm, and the doctor was better than I could've expected.

I have to give a shout out to Blanca. She is the best. She truly cares about her patients. Her customer service and actually caring for the patients is over the top. She is the reason I became a patient. Thanks also to the entire staff.

This place is amazing! All the people that work there are just amazing. I’m a new patient I went in there with really bad pain in wisdom teeth dr. Removed them so quick too he was gentle I didn’t feel a thing . They answer all my questions my concerns I loved it . Already booked an appointment for my daughter, this will be our family dentist from now on ☺️
