New Smiles Dental Studio

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive, and the customer service is excellent. I’ve never had any complaints and always feel well taken care of. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for dental work, cleanings, or Invisalign.

Woke up sick the morning of my appointment (sore throat + flu symptoms) and called to cancel but no one answered. They called me 20 minutes after my appointment to charge a $50 late cancellation fee due to their 24-hour policy. You can’t predict waking up sick, and I was trying not to expose the office to illness. If I had known or reached someone beforehand, I would have just come in, which defeats the purpose. No flexibility for real situations, so I switched dentists.

Dec. 25, 2025. I had some pain on one of my teeth for a few days and it just so happened it got worse on Christmas day. I called New Smiles to see if they can do something for me, but because of the holidays, no one answered.. I was desperate, looking for a Dentist that was open but they were all closed till January.. Until I got a call back from New Smiles and the lady I spoke with, saved my life. She was willing to go into the office to do some xrays and she helped even out my filling, which was causing the pain. And just like that, my pain subsided. No more headaches, I was able to eat comfortably. No more crying. I appreciate her soo much for taking time to help me on a holiday. Thank you so so much for all that you do 🙏🏻🙏🏻

After a year and a half of doing business with this dental office, I'm completely pleased with everything this office has to offer. The doctor and his staff take a personal interest in his patients to see that they get the absolute best care. They were able to accomplish what 2 other dental offices couldn't. They are very positive and up-building. If you're looking for a dental office that takes pride in everything they do, this is the place to go. Thanks for the new smile provided by this office.
