Urgent Care at Cibolo Canyons

Had a horrible experience walking into this location. Before I arrived, My mother and I called to make sure that they give breathing treatments along with some other treatments that I was going to need, I realize that they were closing At 5 PM, but when I spoke to the nurse practitioner named Joe, she said not to worry to come straight in and they will get me taken care of, I got there less then 15 min and before 5pm. When me and my fiancé walked into the clinic, they were all extremely rude and obviously ready to go home and I realized that I just wasted my time driving all the way over there. I see the nurse practitioner named Joe and I said hey Joe there seems to be a problem here? And she then gave me an attitude and I said it’s fine, I’ll just leave. I will never return to this place

The very best urgent care I’ve found since North Central Urgent Care went out of business. They’ve cared for my family through lacerations, allergic reactions, and a host of viral illnesses, handling each issue with compassion and competence. I’m so relieved to have found this office, and Jo the nurse practitioner in particular. She’s so kind and goes out of her way to help, even on a telemed visit. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen, and I love that they support our area high schools. I refer everyone I know to UC at Cibolo Canyons because of the consistently amazing care we receive there.

I have not always had the best experiences at urgent cares but this time was different. From the moment I walked in I was met with a warm welcome and was taken back within minutes. Nurse Jo was so kind and personable. She truly made my experience great. Highly recommend!

I walked in to return something with a bad cough I thought was only Flu A, instantly I see the NP Jo peek her head out and goes “no let’s check that cough out” I checked in and yup, double ear infection and struggling to breathe! She caught it so quick gave me the breathing treatment I needed right away and sent me home to antibiotics. 24 hours later I realized Flu A had turned into a very nasty infection. Jo is the best most caring FNP, she has taken care of me and my family for over a year! Staff is always so nice and caring too! Thank you guys!

with health insurance being so high i signed up for their patient program $60/mo. I was pleasantly surprised I received a full exam, blood work, urine analysis, and transferred my prescription information for future refills. I can’t thank the female doctor who specializes in hormone therapy enough!! I’ve struggled with difficult cycles. She recommended a change to my birth control and it was truly life changing. It’s been a month and i feel like I have my life back. Highly recommend not just for urgent care but if you are dissatisfied with your current provider to give them a try.
