From the moment I called to book my appointment to the moment I walked out, the entire staff was professional, friendly, and highly attentive. My audiologist was fantastic—they took the time to explain the safe and gentle ear wax removal process (using microsuction, I believe), which put me completely at ease. I went in for an ear cleaning because I couldn’t hear well. After the procedure, I still had trouble hearing and was told it was just from the water, but it didn’t improve. Another place later removed a lot of earwax, showing this cleaning wasn’t effective. Also, the staff made me feel uncomfortable, as I felt judged rather than supported. Earwax buildup is very common, and patients shouldn’t feel embarrassed when seeking care. I was disappointed and had to go somewhere else to actually fix the issue.

I am very disappointed with the care that was not given for my relief for hearing loss and tendinitis. Seams that money is there main objective . Would not do any testing unless ear cleaning done..($60 charge) Never had my ears needing cleaning in 72 years. Also told would have to come for second time to discuss hearing aids. More money!!This is ridiculous. More money. Without me knowing if you could help me get relief. Suffering 50+ years with ringing and hearing loss both ears. I had hope, but let me down.very disappointed!! Should not charge insurance for 10 minutes. Don't waste your time.
