Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and I was seen promptly without feeling rushed at any point. The hearing test itself was extremely thorough, and what really stood out was how much time they took to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They answered all of my questions, put me completely at ease, and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel comfortable and reassuring. I had a hearing aid emergency ( they quit working) on a Friday and my current provider is only in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I found Upstate Hearing & Balance through a Google search and got an appointment within a week. They were able to clean the filters in my hearing aids (not a brand they carry) and restored their functionality. I also had a new hearing test. I will be moving my hearing care to Upstate Hearing & Balance. Everyone I met in the office was very helpful and professional.

Excellent communication from the office manager Donna to the doctor who treated me. Gentle care (I was kinda expecting the wax removal to hurt), explained what was happening all the way through the procedure. Quick in and out. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I went today for some impacted earwax. Dr. Jackson and Donna are great! Very friendly over the phone and in person. In a few short minutes, after taking a look at what she was dealing with, the earwax just popped on out in maybe, at most, two minutes of removal. I was, and still am, so happy to have my hearing back. I highly recommend this business.

Upstate Hearing and Balance is a fantastic practice! The location was easy to find and had a lovely waiting area. I was seen very quickly and the Dr. performed all my hearing tests with state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, explaining them to me as she went. Both professional and easygoing, I found the staff to be a pleasure. I will be recommending all my friends and family to Upstate Hearing and Balance.
