Highly recommend PPT! I had a knee injury that I was dealing with for about 5 months before someone recommended that I go there. I worked with Jimmy for about 2.5 months and made major progress. Issues that I had before are no longer there and I feel more confident working out/playing sports. They worked with my insurance, sent reminders the day before my appointments, and answered any questions during and outside my appointment time. Jimmy is great! Super friendly, professional, and helps the time go by with his conversation. Hopefully, I don't get injured again, but if I do I know where I'll go!

Purposed PT is phenomenal. I walked in with shoulder pain that has come and gone for ~20 years and Jimmy was able to diagnose an impingement and clearly see the imbalance causing it. His prescription was simple but effective and I was already seeing improvement after the first week, even without perfect adherence. Beyond the physical therapy portion, each session is educational and has me learning more about my body, how my shoulder works and what has caused my pain. It was clear from the first visit that their goal was not a life-long customer, but rather to get me healed and back to living life. They are faith-based which does not mean you will be preached to. It means you'll see some scripture on the walls and be dealing with someone who sees their vocation as a calling from God

First, the clinic is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a wide range of gym equipment and fitness tools. They use top-of-the-line technology, and the physical therapists are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is inviting, and it was never crowded. They played a lot of great music that helped keep me focused. As an introvert, I felt really comfortable here, and that made a huge difference, I think. I scheduled an evaluation with Holly(My PT) after breaking my right leg. She took the time to ask about my goals and clearly explained how we’d work toward them. I highly recommend PPT. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Mark is amazing. He is very professional and a good listener. Dr. Mark listened to my concerns and is helping me reach my goals.I am already feeling much better after the few visits. I love that PPT offers the one on one sessions. I highly recommend anyone to Purposed Physical Therapy. Dr. Carolyn from day one, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in me. Unlike some other physical therapy providers they spend the entire hour focused on you and only you! It will be the only place I go for any future PT needs. I looked forward to each session with her.
