Waited almost 2 hours as a new patient here to be seen for what was told was going to be a 10 minute appointment. …. ???! Had to reschedule due to my time constraints because I didn’t expect to be here for over 2 and a half hours. The receptionist told me because I did all of my paperwork already at my first “appointment”, I didn’t have to come 15 minutes early to this new appt. Came my rescheduled appointment 6 minutes late getting caught up in road construction in the Columbia pike, and was told my appointment was already taken out of the system because I was already late and not here 15 minutes early. I asked if i had been here on time, how long I would have been waiting before I was seen THIS time. My reply was “well, you probably would’ve been taken in by now” Both women I talked to a
