Good luck making an appointment with place! They don’t answer the phone (never) always have to leave a message and they will call you in about three days. But when they call and if you don’t answer, you have to call again and wait the two- three days before they call you back again. Called them 3 times with a message: 1)called me I was showering; they left no message or anything 2) missed call because I had no reception; never called me back 3) called at 12:15 (lunchtime) I was cutting grass; time I answered the phone (had the mower shutting off) , they had to have heard what was going on and they hung up???? Can’t hear with the mower running…. No message….no nothing. I guess business must be booming or this place just doesn’t need the business?

I had an appointment on 11/21/24 booked for months, took off work, and arrived at ten minutes early only to be told by the front desk my appointment had been cancelled on the 15th. No notice, no reason, and no empathy from the front desk. I missed work and drove an hour (round trip) for no reason. I won't be back. This is a masterclass in disrespecting your clients time and money.

I have no idea on what basis the reviewer, Mark, trashed this service. Despite his claims of background and expertise, he didn't provide one specific detail. I have been a patient at the Havre de Grace office for about three years, so my assessment is based upon several contacts, not just one! My experience with this office has been much the same as with most health care organizations with today's interpersonal contact restrictions. Dr. Neupane has always been professional and friendly and I cannot imagine a scenario where she would not be. The staff has always been responsive and helpful. All the 1 star reviews about this place are 100% true. When I called several days in a row I couldn't get through any day that I called. If you show up in person to make an appointment with a referral from your PCP the receptionist (older white lady) tells you that you need all these documents and a diagnosis from your PCP before you can even schedule an appointment. If you go to a PCP and they do bloodwork and your symptoms/blood tests seem to match a condition they send you here to help you get a diagnosis because specialists study these subjects more. Since when does a PCP do the job of a specialist? Then the same lady made an offensive assumption (and she was wrong) based on what I look like for what I was trying to make an appointment for when endocrinologist help with pcos, thyroid p
