CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacist and techs are ignorant and disrespectful and shouldnt even be called professionals. Did not check my profile correctly and gave me the wrong dose. Doctor ordered one dose but ive never taken that dose. Physician and pharmacist were in the wrong and argued with me that it was my fault. Didnt try to fix it or think of any solutions. I will take my business elsewhere. I will never step foot in this cvs pharmacy again and will be complaining to their corporate office. Pharmacist and tech working need to be better educated amd learn customer service techniques

Prescription information is sent by text that medication is ready for pick up. Don't believe it. You cannot call there. lt is a requirement that you leave a voice message if you do call. (They do not call you back) The Pharmacy staff are seriously lacking interpersonal communication skills. Not sure why they are there. The Pharmacy is serving the community as if they are operating out of the back of a truck

Without a doubt, one of the most difficult to deal with pharmacies in the area. Pharmacists seem disinterested in doing their jobs. Multiple prescriptions sent by multiple doctors, all take hours to “show up in the system” and be filled.

This is the worst pharmacy. They won't answer the phones, they never have the medicine you need, most of the staff is rude and act like they are going to die to do their jobs and the worst of all the pharmacist the physician on staff could also check his attitude. I wish I could go somewhere else to get my medication but it's cheaper here through my insurance. They don't have an ounce of common sense to help ask the right questions or think outside the box to help save you time. Don't be crying when customers stop coming here and your out of a job !!!!

The medicine order placed by doctor did not get filled by pharmacy which later I had to place order from somewhere after a hassle of 40 minutes
