Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Aberdeen

I have been to many healthcare facilities throughout different states; being a military spouse. Patient First works like a well oiled machine and I was very impressed with the efficiency and care I received. My provider was very sweet and supportive and made continuing my treatment plan a breeze. I am highly impressed!

Dr. Davenport is a true blessing and a huge asset to your team. I’m grateful to have found her through this patient first location. She always listens to my concerns, provides excellent support, and goes above and beyond. I went to patient first Aberdeen this morning feeling pretty lousy. They immediately took me for triage and called me back fairly soon after. The wait for my provider was not very long at all. He was informative, respectful, thorough and overall pleasant to deal with when unwell. I also appreciate that they provided my medication through in house pharmacy and I did not have to stop and spread my germs at another location. Being sick is a bummer, but if I have to be sick, this is definitely the place to go. I appreciate the entire staff for their kindness and efficiency today.

I've been here a few times and was treated great. Check-in staff will explain billing and insurance confusion kindly. I Recently saw Doctor Bortell who was kind and helpful. He went above and beyond answering a million questions, giving me information that won't just help me today, but for my long term health. I've had some bad medical experiences in recent years, but I'm finding that Aberdeen Patient First is a place I can trust.

Although Aberdeen Patient First is not the closest one to us, we always drive the extra distance to go to Aberdeen. This is because of many things. First, when you walk into the lobby everything is spotless and nicely arranged. Quiet, soothing music is playing. The kiosk works flawlessly and the people you meet first for registration are friendly and competent. Next, your vitals are taken by another pleasant , friendly person. The same goes for the people who draw blood or take you to X-ray. In recent weeks we have seen two different PAs—Kim and Jesse. We saw Kim at the first visit. She was friendly and competent and she had a comforting demeanor. We thought that Kim was an excellent PA.
