I would rate them zero stars ! My medical provider and the staff there are terrible. You call you wait 20 or so minutes before you talk to someone. Then there rude. I called 3 days in a row. I never spoke with my provider, and she was at work all 3 days.never called back. I left 4 emails the same days I called.no response. I spoke with no doctor, no primary physician. I spoke with aids, who read my emails. No resolution to my situation. I'm changing my personal provider immediately. Recommend you look other places for well being. They're the worst! B. Mcqueen

I would rate it zero stars if possible. on Halloween morning (around 12 am) I went in for severe constipation to the point where it was literally physically impossible to relieve myself.... had the immense pressure of stool stuck that needed out but couldn't get it out on my own. I could not stand or sit comfortably, couldn't pee properly due to how severe my backup was. I just wanted someone to help me in a controlled environment in case I were to tear something, or if I had needed manually disimpacted, etc, but all I got asked at triage was if it's happened before and if I had taken anything for it that night. I never got asked details about my diet like I see many others get asked, never got asked about any medications I may have been on, never got asked how bad the pain I was feeling w

I went in for chest pains, was triage right away and hooked up to all cardiac machines. However, 2 hrs later still no doctor. I disconnected and left. It was not busy, the waiting room had only security when I went in, multiple nurses at the station. I have no idea where the physicians were. Ridiculous to wait 2 hrs especially for chest pains.

The staff here took my daughter in and were very concerned, compassionate and sweet with her.
