I would love for a supervisor to reach out to me or give me an email that I can tell you my experience when I just called in I was told that they would not refill a prescription because it was a narcotic which I 100% understand they want to see me in person before they would refill of medication such as that So I made an appointment and I pointed out to her. It was a couple days after my medication would run out. She put me on hold and told me the doctor said to use it sparingly then but prescribed it is three times a day so I would like to know how I’m supposed to use that sparingly when I’m prescribed three times a day When I said, is that a medical term to the receptionist she said we’ll see you on that date. So this is the doctors office that my Mother goes to, since her PCP left to go elsewhere their service and treatment of her has been horrible!! She had an appointment on Tuesday due to fears of an appendicitis, they told her to go straight to the Altoona hospital emergency room and said they were calling ahead letting them know that she was coming. I don't know if they never called or what but my poor Mother sat in the emergency room for close to 13 hours and was sent home in pain and undiagnosed after hours of being taken back just to do a blood test then being sent back out to sit in the waiting room, never even seeing an actual doctor!! She was given antibiotics at the hospital and a prescription but as of today her symptoms have not improved and she has been trying to get a hold of her

I get prescribed a controlled substance so I have to call to request refills which is fine, except that they take their good old time to the point that if I run out I’m going to withdraw like crazy. I have been on it for 5 years never abused it and I’ve run into this issue more than once. You can’t mess around with people’s medications like that it’s extremely dangerous and the particular medication I take you can quite literally die from withdrawals.

Since 1 doctor loved left and got a new one haven't seen yet had issues never got looked at and also my husband goes he had same doctor as me that no longer there but he got see his new doctor dont like plus the staff is so rude he called office like 4 days ago for a blood pressure medicine no answer no call back does it online saying needs this medicine and still nothing being done so hes without blood pressure medicine till Monday and maybe longer since NOONE GIVES A DAMN if anything happens to my HUSBAND over this huge neglect network of doctors and staff dont give a damn about patients I will go legal way if anything happens to him very important medications should never be left and unread or even giving a look they should come first this is life or death people worse network ever w

Im so annoyed. I would like someone else to contact to.. why is it that i left AFP 17 years ago because I was tired of not having one primary doctor .. that would be the reason this doctors office will not see me at all. No one in the building! They said it was because I was dismissed from AFP 17 years ago. I feel like you shouldn't hold that against someone 17 years later ! I have umpc insurance and that is just ridiculous!!!!!! So because I went somewhere else again 17 years ago on my own free wheel so I would have one doctor, yall are still salty !? What a joke. Let's see if someone contacts me . If this really is your policy it needs re looked at . I could see if it was the same doctors office or the same building. But because your doctors to over there to work that's a me problem ? Sm
