UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

We had an all-around great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was so kind and helpful both on the phone and in person. The nurse went above and beyond to make sure my little one was comfortable. The x-ray tech was kind and efficient and put him at ease. And the doctor was very kind, compassionate and engaged. Despite several other patients, we didn't wait long for anything, yet felt the care we were given was thorough and unrushed. We would absolutely choose GoHealth again if needed.

I had a 10:30AM appointment that I made the day prior for a DOT physical that took all of two minutes once it finally started. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested to check-in, then sat in the waiting area until 12:30PM when I was finally called to the exam room. Once in the exam room, the nurse asked me a few questions then told me the doctor will be right in. The doctor didn't come in until after 1:30PM to do the 2-minute physical, then I was on my way after $60 and over 3 hours of waiting at a scheduled appointment. There will never be another reason I show up to this location, absolute waste of my day. Zero stars is warranted, but not an option.

Went in for a walk-in. Everybody I interacted with was awesome, and made me feel very at ease (despite my usual anxiety). Doctor Brian listened to me, and talked to me with respect, understanding, and kindness. I got x-rayed and received a breathing treatment, and was out of there before too long. All of my concerns were addressed, and all of my needs were met. I am feeling so much better now than when I walked in. 10/10, great job and thanks so much to the staff!

I really like this urgent care. I was seen in a timely manner the nursing staff and the physician were great. Listened to my needs and I was not waiting for ever between the nurse leaving and physician entering the room. Had me diagnosed quickly.

In my experience, I went online and booked a 5:10pm appointment. We waited in the waiting room for hours. Only 1 Dr on board to treat patients! There needs to be more doctors! I waited and we were #3 on the list to be seen. Wasn't told an exact time with waiting, I had asked how long to expect. Was only told there were other patients that had more severe concerns, and I do respect that. There was a baby and more elderly that came out with me waiting for my son to be seen. But I scheduled an appointment online for 5:10 and we weren't back till after 6:30pm and the Dr didn't come in till close to 8pm. We left after almost being there for 3 hours straight! There should be at least 2 doctors in there in my opinion to treat patients
