While there were some hiccups, the administrative staff stepped up in a big way. The aides I had contact with were nice and helpful. The nurses were friendly. And the follow-up site check out had been timely.

I had a wonderful experience with your facility. I've been a resident prior time. Both times I have been very cared for. Everyone was very caring and helpful. Amy in OT and Selena in PT helped me get back on my feet and stronger on my right arm. I felt like I was part of a family. Thank you very much.

One day you’re sitting in your favorite chair at home, you get up for that second cup of coffee and you fall! I fractured my shoulder and knee cap. That’s how my day started three months ago. I was in the hospital for 16 days but I don’t remember alot. Then I was transported to Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! I do remember that day because I had taken alot of pain pills at the Hospital every four hour to six hours and I was so mean to everyone. That day I met the most beautiful people at Rose View. I truly thought God had hand picked them just for me. From the Dining Room staff dancing in the halls bringing my breakfast to the Laundry staff bringing my clean clothes back to me on hangers!!! Activities Staff giving me fresh water three times a day and I just loved their

We had a good experience at Roseview, everyone we met were very nice, friendly, helpful and kind. They cared about any concern we had and promptly addressed them and put our mind at ease. I think I can say most people don’t want to be in a home/facility but Roseview is one that I wouldn’t hesitate using again if needed.

I have been a resident at Roseview for 4 years and I only have positive things to say about my experience so far.All the staff, either CNAs, maintenance or housekeeping or skilled nurses are such kind and caring people. I especially would like to single out Amber Deen,Shante who has worked with me since I first got to Roseview they all feel like my friends. I recently lost my mother and each staff member has been there to offer comfort and an occasional hug on sad days when I need comfort
