We've had such a great experience with our children at McClain Orthodontics from start to finish, we started out with Hayes & Hayes with was always fantastic to work with, throughout the change of ownership, it was very easy no kinks on our end, and every appointment we've attended, we've had very minimal wait times, organized scheduling, super friendly staff and knowledgeable. Dr. McClain takes the time with our children making them feel comfortable and understanding next steps! It is very rare that you have such exceptional service but we are so blessed to have them in our hometown!

Both of my children go to McClain for orthodontic care and they are wonderful! They are super patient, kind, and we’ve always felt like they make decisions that are necessary and right for our kids. We’ve never felt pushed into treatment, and all the staff have been excellent. My daughter is currently doing expansion with partial braces, and we’ve had a really great experience. Will continue with them through the teenage years and additional care as it’s needed—highly, highly recommend for young kids (we started at age 9) if needed!
